30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Serinalabs product. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Returns & Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:
Simply email our support team at info@Serinalabs.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Additional Information:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
