2023
How It Began
Before SerinaLabs existed, the story started with long days spent on tired feet. Nine hours or more of standing, moving, lifting, and working without much rest. What began as mild discomfort slowly grew into a daily struggle. Evenings ended with aching calves, swollen ankles, and that familiar heaviness that makes every step feel twice as hard.
For a long time, it felt normal. Everyone seemed to have the same complaints coworkers, friends, family all living with the same unnoticed, unaddressed pain. But the question kept returning:
Why are so many people dealing with this every day, and why is no one offering a real solution?
In 2023, that frustration turned into a decision: if the right support didn’t exist, it needed to be created. SerinaLabs was born from the idea that people who spend their days standing, walking, helping, teaching, caring, and working deserve comfort that actually makes a difference.
January, 2023
The Breakthrough
The vision quickly turned into a year-long journey of research and experimentation. Throughout 2023, time was poured into understanding what truly causes swelling, heaviness, and circulation issues and, more importantly, what could help.
But the most valuable insights came from real people.
Nurses finishing exhausting shifts.
Older adults struggling with daily swelling.
Teachers on their feet from morning to afternoon.
Workers standing on concrete floors for hours.
These voices shaped everything.
Dozens of prototypes were tested, refined, and rebuilt — adjusting compression levels, improving fabrics, perfecting support zones. Slowly, the solution took form: a sock that didn’t just feel comfortable, but genuinely helped reduce daily pain.
When SerinaLabs officially launched in November 2023, one thing became clear immediately:
This wasn’t an isolated problem. People everywhere were searching for relief.
And SerinaLabs had become more than a product it had become a purpose.
